By submitting a request on the website https://chirtec.uz, the User agrees to this Consent for the processing of personal data (hereinafter — the Consent). Acting voluntarily and in their own interest, the User grants OOO " online store", the right to process their personal data in accordance with the Law of the Republic of Uzbekistan “On Personal Data” No. ЗРУ-547 dated 02.07.2019 and other applicable regulations.

1. This Consent allows the processing of personal data both automatically and manually.

2. The consent covers the following personal data:

   • first name, last name;
   • contact phone numbers;
   • email address;
   • location and IP address;
   • operating system and browser type/version;
   • device type and screen resolution;
   • referral source and advertising used;
   • user actions on the site (page views, button clicks, etc.).

3. Personal data will not be disclosed without the User’s consent, except as required by the laws of the Republic of Uzbekistan.

4. Purposes of data processing:

   • processing user requests and providing consultations;
   • fulfilling orders and delivering services;

7. Personal data is processed until the purpose of processing is achieved or until consent is withdrawn by the User. Storage is carried out in accordance with the legislation of the Republic of Uzbekistan on archival matters.

8. The User may withdraw consent at any time by sending a written or electronic notice to chirtec@chirtec.uz.

9. This consent remains valid from the moment of its submission until withdrawn by the User.
